And to someone who can’t have a family any other way, it means the world. Your generous gift is literally changing their life.
We welcome people from all over the UK who travel to our clinic in Cheshire just to have treatment with donor eggs from UK-based women – eggs that you have donated, either altruistically or through egg-sharing if you need IVF yourself.
If you want to know just how much of a difference egg donation makes, read the stories of our many patients. Some of the people featured - who have taken the time to send us messages of thanks and news of their new babies - have been able to have their families only because of an egg donor. Some of these stories are also from our IVF egg-sharers, who successfully conceived through their IVF cycle where they also donated eggs.
Our consistent success rates for women who use donated eggs are something we’re rightly proud of. Almost 40% of older women aged 40-42, and a third of women aged 43 and above who use eggs from our donors achieve pregnancy, confirmed by foetal heartbeat.
There are many reasons we’re able to help so many people to achieve a family through egg donation. Because we take such good care of our egg donors – we were the first fertility clinic in the UK to achieve National Gamete Donation Trust Centre of Excellence status – women are choosing Manchester Fertility as their clinic of choice for egg donation and egg-sharing IVF in the North West. Confident in the knowledge that they’re only in the safest of hands, with a team that puts their care and wellbeing first.
If you’ve got any questions, we’re always happy to help. Just call our friendly team on 0161 300 2730.
